Social add-ons for email
Many people will spend a great deal of their working day within their email interface. They may even spend more time here than they will in their actual SCRM. Fortunately, there are some great tools that you can use to bring your social networking (at least on some level) directly into your email. Please check out these great tools!
For Outlook:
Please be aware that the suitability of these tools may, to a certain extent, be based on your particular version of Outlook, whether it is web or desktop based, and if you are running a Windows or Mac based system.

Xobni – http://bit.ly/1o3cHDs
For Gmail and others:
Rapportive (owned by LinkedIn) is a really great social add-on for Gmail and some other email systems. BrandMyMail and WiseStamp can be used to create beautiful custom email signatures that will display links to your social profiles as well as many other features!
