Terms – No credit card is required to get started.  All plans renew automatically unless you cancel them. Annual plans renew each year and you are contracted for the full year.

Note #1 – Upgrades are available on most included allowances (dependent on plan) and may be purchased from within your account itself.

Note #2 – Included support is via Nimble’s web-based help desk. Fee-based plans are available from Adaptive Business Services and may include telephone support, on-site and web-based training, and installation. We use Microsoft Azure servers for our data storage, which are located in the US. Data is always encrypted both in transit and at rest. Apart from that, we are GDPR compliant. As a data processor, Nimble adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements, ensuring that your data is handled under applicable data protection laws. Please note that Nimble is not HIPPA compliant.
