Content-oriented social media is  much more measurable because content oriented post and tweets all contain a link to some sort of content. Content has visitors, visits and page visits and all this increases your Klout score.
  5. Customers Are in Control – Social CRM will be big and used by many as not only a CRM but to start building customer service relationships and gaining feedback from these clients. Look for companies like Nimble to make a Huge Splash.
