Announcing Tiered Nimble CRM Training Packages

Since one size does not fit all, we are now offering three tiers of Nimble CRM training and implementation packages! Invest in one or even in all three!

Are you someone who just wants to get started and focus on the basics? We have you covered! You are an existing Nimble user, but you would like to up your game? Covered! Or, are you already comfortable with Nimble’s basic and intermediate features, but you want to maximize your investment? Come on down!

As a new Nimble user, you might want to start with our basic package, get comfortable with the platform, then move on to intermediate, and then maybe rinse and repeat before going to advanced. Of course, if you have specific needs, we will happily design a custom program to address those!

Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Nimble CRM Training – 6 hours each

Basic – 6 hours

  • Preparation
  • Today page, Nimble overview
  • Connect calendar, contacts, and email/signature
  • Users and privacy settings 
  • Notifications 
  • Contact records – tasks, notes, tagging,  and reminders  
  • Contact lists 
  • Message inbox 

Intermediate – 6 hours 

  • Preparation
  • CSV Imports
  • Creating custom fields 
  • Creating custom activities 
  • Templates & Group Messaging
  • Advanced segment searches
  • Prospector and mobile

Advanced – 6 hours

  • Preparation
  • Deals and pipelines 
  • Workflows and automations 
  • Activity and sales reports 
  • Email message sequencing 
  • Web forms and web hooks 

We are estimating up to 6 hours of training and consulting for each of these three packages. Each meets the necessary hours to secure our preferred hourly rate of $165 vs $185. We do request a 50% deposit with the balance due at completion.

We will never go over the allotted hours unless you specifically ask us to do so. For example, you decide to add additional features that are not included in these base packages. However, our goal is always to come in under quoted hours and you will only be charged for actual hours used (rounded off to the nearest quarter hour).
