Nimble CRM Tips & Updates – June 4, 2025

We do have two new updates to report today related to improvements in group messages. There are some excellent developments, particularly for teams. Read all about it here! And … this next one is huge!

In group messages you have always been able to track links. The challenge has been, which link? In other words, if your message had more than one link, there was no way of knowing which link was clicked. Now unique links are being tracked. Hopefully soon, you will be able to see specific link clicks by individual contacts! No promises:)

An auto-tag feature has also been added to your unsubscribe list. Any email that bounces, or unsubscribes, will automatically have this tag added to their contact record. Awesome! This means, for bounces, if you wanted to, you could now easily export that list as a .csv file and upload it to a service for verification. You also now manually tag individual contact records from this list.

Speaking of updates, that little “Nimble star” on your top banner next to your notifications bell will let you know when a new update has been introduced. I have always just taken a quick look, but … there is actually a link that will take you to a changelog of all Nimble updates. Nice!

This is in the early research stage but … Nimble is working on AI-driven Smart Summaries to make your prospecting more efficient. These features will automatically generate concise, relevant summaries of your contacts, helping you quickly assess prospects and engage with them effectively.
