  1. This is a fun infographic, Craig. Right on point, too. Bottom line is customer engagement or customer relationship. Our current CTI is helping us be more engaged with our customers by helping us determine who to call and when is the best time to call them through its advanced data science. Tenfold allows the wise use of talk time and making sure each sales representative can engage to the customers more during their call time.

      Glad you like the infographic (I created it). As you say, at the end of the day it all boils down to human relationships. And I think data will play an important role in facilitating those relationships on a larger scale. But even if AI does the donkey work if there is no real human connection at the end of the funnel the customer relationships are built on sand.
