The answer is pretty simple. It’s the one you will use. Which one will you use? The one that meets your needs and the one you have been properly trained on how to use.
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of CRM systems out there and a very large number of them are very good. CRM, inherently, is not that complicated. However, if you really want to leverage the power of your CRM, respectfully, you probably will want someone like me to show you how to do that.
Your only other alternative is to spend the time and effort needed to learn the system. This can be accomplished with a combination of reading support articles, watching videos, emailing support staff, and a lot of trial and error. If you have the time and the inclination, by all means … go for it! The question becomes, what is your time worth?
I am not a CRM consultant. I am a Nimble CRM consultant and I only do Nimble. Nimble was introduced in 2012. I was testing Nimble before it was introduced. I would rather do one system very well vs. a number of systems … not very well.
These years of experience with Nimble have allowed me to develop insights into the platform that can only be gained by … years of experience. More importantly, years of experience that I will happily share with you. In many cases, this is the difference between having a CRM vs. having a CRM that works well for you.
You and your business likely have unique needs. I have never worked with a client where this has not been true. Sometimes the answers to how to do this with Nimble are readily apparent. Other times, not so much. We might need to get creative in how we address those needs and I can be very creative.
There are two ways to jump into a CRM system. The first is to pick one that looks like it might work and then to take the dive and get onboard. Maybe it works, maybe it won’t.
The recommended way would be to develop a complete list of your requirements and then meet with someone like myself and ask them those critical questions. I can answer for Nimble and I am sure there are others who can answer those same questions for whatever CRM(s) that they may represent.

With so many people talking about these things, it’s tough to figure out who to talk to.
