TTI Reporting Now Includes Avoidance Studies

Target Training Performance Systems has done it again! We already take DISC studies beyond that of our competitors by including, and considering, low values on a DISC chart in addition to those that are found above the energy line. Now, reports that include behaviors and motivators will also address areas that we wish to avoid.

Behaviors Avoidance –  The absence of a behavioral factor may provide insight into areas of a current environment that can cause added stress. Based on research, we are able to identify situations that should be avoided or minimized in a person’s day-to-day environment. By understanding the contribution of a low behavioral style, we are able to better articulate a person’s talents.

Motivators Avoidance – The information in this page will highlight areas in which a person lacks appreciation for an opposing motivator. The information will teach him/her how to manage his/her way through discussions focusing on his/her motivator.

Think about this. When you go to a restaurant and look at the menu, is easier to decide what you want to order or to quickly skip past those selections that you would never order even if you were starving? Yes, avoidance is powerful! Please watch this short video to learn more!
